ABOUT SHONNETTE

Shonnette oversees a combination of accounting and business administration duties for TransEleven.  She is directly responsible for invoice processing, invoice payments and invoice tracking, ensuring timely and accurate management of client deductibles. Shonnette has over 20 years of accounting experience, with specific expertise in the insurance industry where she has handled a wide variety of accounting processes such as cash management, collections, billing, payment processing, vendor management, data entry, invoicing and monthly budget and account reporting.

 

Shonnette has worked as an Insurance Administrator with a civil engineering firm and is a former Assistant Business Administrator with Professional Claims Managers, where she handled accounting projects and client invoicing dealing with the London insurance market.

EDUCATION

Shonnette received her AA degree from Knoxville College.
