Senior Claims Counsel
Construction Defect / A&E
​​
It is highly preferred that candidates have experience handling liability claims
involving construction defect, architects and engineers, pollution liability litigation
and have experience with OCIP and CCIP insurance programs and claims.
A minimum of 4 years experience in
insurance litigation, professional liability claims administration or litigation management
is required, in addition to a J.D. degree and active membership in a State Bar.
