Alexandra oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.

Prior to joining TransEleven, Alexandra was a Litigation Associate with a

multi-state commercial litigation firm specializing in professional and general liability, product liability and insurance coverage.

As a Litigation Associate, Alexandra attended and handled civil court proceedings and also tried multiple cases in the General District Court in Virginia.  She was responsible for a large volume of cases preparing

pleadings, motions and briefs as well as supervising litigation discovery, including preparation of trial materials for designated experts.  Alexandra was also responsible for negotiating settlements on behalf of insurers and authoring settlement agreements in addition to complex case evaluations and status reporting.

Alexandra has significant legal experience with criminal court and family law proceedings, as well as working with EEO cases and appeal hearings for the Department of Veteran Affairs in Colorado.  She also has expertise in legal research involving LPN, MA and physicians reporting obligations to government agencies.
