Chloé oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and

claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.

Before joining TransEleven, Chloé was an Associate Attorney with Wicker Smith, a highly respected business litigation firm known for defending the best-known household brands with more than 230 attorneys throughout the US.  As an Associate Attorney, she represented commercial clients and insurance policyholders in a wide range of insurance litigation matters including medical malpractice, wrongful death, contractual disputes, premises liability, first party property and automobile negligence.  Chloé handled all aspects of litigation from intake to resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, mediations and arguments before the Court.

Chloé has additional courtroom experience, having served as court-appointed Guardian ad Litem for the Child Advocacy Clinic.  She has also worked as a Law Clerk for a prominent criminal defense firm in Florida, conducting critical legal research and corresponding with various state attorneys on discovery collections.  Chloé is also on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL).
