Eman oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and

claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.

Eman has over 10 years of experience as an attorney managing litigation, claims administration, coverage, liability exposure analysis and regulatory risk

in complex insured environments such as data governance, regulatory compliance, employment practices liability (EPL), workers' compensation and product liability.   

Prior to joining TransEleven, Eman was Counsel for Lukoil (North American)

one of the largest multinational energy companies in the world, where she managed a portfolio of insured, uninsured, and workers’ compensation claims and litigation.  She has also worked as a Discovery Attorney for Troutman Pepper Locke, handling complex litigation and regulatory matters.  Eman has also been an Associate Attorney for several Philadelphia firms with several years of experience handling investigations, mediations and arbitrations, as well as defending corporate clients in toxic tort and product liability litigation matters.

Eman is multilingual and also has specialized training as an E-Discovery Attorney and Foreign Language Translator managing litigation and document management platforms to handle large-scale case data.  Eman is also an elected Majority Inspector of Election in the City of Philadelphia.
