Elaina oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.  With over a decade of experience as an attorney, Elaina has an extensive background in medical malpractice and personal injury and has first-chaired several jury trials.

Prior to joining TransEleven, she was a partner in a highly regarded insurance defense firm in Tulsa that handled general counsel and litigation services with a primary focus in medical malpractice and healthcare.  Elaina managed multiple malpractice and commercial trucking litigation cases.  She was also part of a national counsel team that handled a complex decision tree scheme for multi-state dental malpractice litigation.

Elaina also has additional experience as an attorney handling personal injury, automotive, product defects and bad faith claims as well as business litigation, labor and employment and land-use matters.
