ABOUT HAYDEN
As Managing Counsel, Hayden is responsible for certain PL/GL programs.
Hayden oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel negotiations, mediations and reporting.
Prior to joining TransEleven, Hayden worked as an Associate Attorney for Wiggins, Sewell and Ogletree, a premier healthcare defense firm in Oklahoma. During his tenure, he represented healthcare professionals and other clients in insurance defense litigation matters throughout the state.
Hayden has additional experience as a licensed legal intern handling land administration and mineral rights
Hayden is the winner of the 2025 TransEleven Charity Challenge Award for his volunteer efforts with the Oklahoma City (OKC) Police Foundation..
EDUCATION and BAR ADMISSIONS
Hayden received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University (OCU) School of Law and is member of the State Bar of Oklahoma.
