Hayden oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel negotiations, mediations and reporting. 

Prior to joining TransEleven, Hayden worked an Associate Attorney for Wiggins, Sewell and Ogletree, a premier healthcare defense firm in Oklahoma.  During his tenure he represented healthcare professionals and other clients in defense litigation matters throughout the state.

Hayden has additional experience as a licensed legal intern handling land administration and mineral rights.
