As Vice President, he oversees certain Healthcare, PL and GL programs.

Jeffrey oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and

claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.  Jeffrey has 25 years of experience as

an attorney specializing in insurance and civil litigation defense.

Prior to joining TransEleven, he was a partner in a highly regarded insurance defense firm in Ohio with a focus on representing insurance companies/risk pools and their insureds in first and third-party claims.  Jeffrey's background includes multiple practice areas such as wrongful death, personal injury, civil rights, professional and general liability, products liability, construction, employment discrimination, municipal liability, bad faith claims, class actions, commercial premises liability, public entity liability and P&C claims.

During his legal career, Jeffrey has served as lead and first chair trial counsel defending complex commercial disputes often involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death in federal and state courts.  He also has significant experience with insurance coverage matters, including coverage analysis and the securing of declaratory judgments on policy interpretations.  Jeffrey is a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP).
