ABOUT JESSALIN

Jessalin oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel negotiations, mediations and reporting. 
 
Prior to joining TransEleven, Jessalin was Senior Claims Counsel and AVP with Fidelity National Title Group, one of the most highly regarded residential and commercial title insurance companies in Florida, working in both their Omaha and Jacksonville claims centers.  

As Senior Claims Counsel, Jessalin investigated title insurance claims to determine coverage and liability and managed litigation in defense of insureds and suits against the company, including mediations, preparing for trials, hearings and drafting settlement agreements.  She also handled title clearance involving easements, liens, judgements and other forms of title defects.

Jessalin has also served as a legal intern to a judge in the U.S. District Court of Northern Alabama and as a law clerk in two premiere law firms in Birmingham, Alabama.
