Kimberly oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.

Kimberly has over 10 years of experience as a litigation attorney specializing in insurance defense and personal injury.

Prior to joining TransEleven, Kimberly was an Associate Attorney with a highly regarded insurance defense and civil litigation firm handling medical malpractice, attorney malpractice and a wide range of other professional liability claims.  In addition to managing all stages of litigation, she has additional experience providing insurance coverage opinions.  

Kimberly has also served as a Staff Attorney for a notable personal injury firm where she focused on appeals, litigation, criminal defense and contract disputes. She has additional litigation experience as a Deputy State's Attorney and as an Assistant County Attorney, where she has conducted over 30 jury trials, 50+ court trials and numerous arguments before appellate courts.  Kimberly has also served as a Judicial Law Clerk.
