ABOUT MEREDITH
Meredith oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.
Meredith is a senior litigation attorney with over 15 years of experience managing complex litigation and high-volume insurance defense cases across multiple industries. She is also a highly experienced mediator handling personal injury and insurance matters.
Prior to joining TransEleven, Meredith worked as a Mediator with Accord Mediation and Arbitration while serving as lead litigator and first chair counsel with Sherwood and Roberts. Meredith mediated personal injury and insurance disputes and handled all aspects of litigation, including insurance defense and complex business litigation matters.
Meredith has also served as a Senior Trial Attorney handling Fortune 50 insurer's special investigations (fraud claims). Meredith is also a former partner with one of Oklahoma's premier litigation and insurance defense firms, where she managed complex insurance defense litigation, authored coverage opinions and handled medical negligence, UM/UIM, bad faith and premises claims.
EDUCATION and BAR ADMISSIONS
Meredith received her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and
is a member of the State Bar of Oklahoma.
