ABOUT ROBYN

Robyn oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.

Prior to joining TransEleven, Robyn was an Associate Attorney for Andrews Biernacki Davis, a highly regarded insurance defense litigation firm where,

for over 5 years, she defended insurance carriers in civil litigation matters including coverage disputes, fraud allegations and contractual interpretation.  She managed a high volume caseload throughout the state of Florida in multiple venues.  Robyn has tried numerous cases on behalf of carriers and has served as first-chair counsel in over 25 trials.  Robyn has also worked as an Associate Attorney for the insurance defense firm Conroy Simberg.

Robyn began her legal career in criminal law, serving for many years as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fifth Judicial Circuit in Florida, where she prosecuted criminal cases from first appearance through jury trial, including evidentiary hearings and plea negotiations.

Robyn accomplished the rare distinction of passing the bar at age 20, after earning her BA and J.D. in 4 1/2 years.  By the age of 21, she was handling

200+ cases as the youngest attorney in the misdemeanor division of the 5th Judicial Circuit’s Citrus County office.  As a result, Robyn was featured in an

ABA Journal feature story "10 Questions" (read here >) and she was also nominated and selected for a Fastcase 50 Award (Class of 2017).
