Randa oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.

Randa is a highly skilled attorney with over 15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice, as well as construction, business and employment litigation.

Prior to joining TransEleven, Randa was Of Counsel in the litigation section of Hand Arendall Harrison Sale, a regional insurance defense and litigation firm, serving the gulf coast with offices in Alabama and Northwest Florida.  She worked out of the Mobile office and handled a variety of litigation matters in multiple practice areas.

Preceding her years at Hand, Randa spent more than a decade representing physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in healthcare liability claims, including claims involving birth injuries and alleged wrongful death, for a premier medical malpractice defense litigation firm GETC in Nashville.  During that time, she served as co-counsel on several jury trials.

Randa has additional experience working as a Claims Attorney for SMVIC, a physician-owned mutual medical malpractice insurance company covering over 21,000 physicians and advanced practice providers in eleven states.
