Susan oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel negotiations, mediations and reporting.  She is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in Insurance coverage and claims.  Prior to joining TransEleven, Susan worked as claims counsel for a number of different carriers and TPAs, including Hallmark, Arthur J Gallagher (Western Litigation) and AIG.

She worked for nearly a decade as in-house coverage counsel for CNA, concentrating on third-party claims.  Susan spent the early years of her career involved in general litigation and insurance defense at private firms.
