Shelby oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and

claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.

Prior to joining TransEleven, Shelby was an Associate Attorney with Pollart Miller, a highly respected insurance defense firm focused on representing employers and insurance carriers in the areas of worker's compensation, subrogation, employment, administrative, appellate and regulatory matters.  As an associate, she managed a portfolio of claims, handling all stages of litigation such as hearings, motions, conferences, settlement negotiations, mediations and trial preparation, in addition to policy and risk analysis.

Shelby has additional experience working for a firm focused on business litigation, employment defense, insurance defense, general liability and MSA (Medicare Set-Aside) arrangements.  She has also worked as an Associate Attorney for a personal injury firm handling a large volume of civil litigation and personal injury cases involving automobile and premises liability.

Shelby received her J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Colorado.
