ABOUT KATHY
As former President, Claims and Chief Operating Officer, Kathy now serves in a consultative role as TransEleven's Executive Advisor. She also assists with training oversight and specialty projects.
In addition, Kathy reviews files within multiple TransEleven programs including Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Architects, Engineers and Construction Defects, as well as Specialty GL and Products Liability.
She has over 25 years of experience managing a wide variety of professional liability programs for London and domestic insurance clients, as well as
self-insured governmental risk pools.
Kathy also has over 30 years of experience as an attorney, including private practice experience in labor, employment law and other defense practices areas. She has been a speaker on employment and governmental entity topics.
EDUCATION and BAR ADMISSIONS
Kathy received her J.D. from the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dedman School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of
New York.
