Brian is responsible for all operational aspects of TCM including the oversight of all TransEleven claim and program administration, coverage review and compliance, client relations and program development.

Prior to founding TransEleven, he was the Dallas President of Professional Claims Managers (PCM), where he served for over 17 years.  Brian has over 25 years of experience in insurance coverage, program administration and specialty claim/litigation management, providing services to various entities in the London insurance marketplace.

He has focused his entire career on insurance litigation with a concentration in coverage review and analysis for various PL/GL specialty programs.  His depth of experience includes drafting manuscript policies and the development of numerous specialty programs in the excess and surplus marketplace.

Brian has also worked as a reinsurance attorney handling claims involving toxic tort, mass tort and environmental losses.
