ABOUT SHELLE

Shelle is a founding manager of TransEleven Claims Managers (TCM)
and serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman.

As CEO, Shelle is responsible for the management of all business operations such as corporate compliance, finance, accounting, human resources, administration, resource evaluation, enterprise technology (IT), marketing, charity and community partnerships.

In addition, she handles all TransEleven business development, client relations and program development with underwriters, coverholders and brokers in the London Insurance Market.  This includes compliance, audits, complex reporting and quality assurance of all client programs.

Shelle has an extensive business operations background with over 25 years of program management experience in both domestic and international arenas.  She has additional expertise handling executive level program administration during an IPO.  Shelle has also worked as an organizational management consultant and is highly skilled at motivating and leading business teams to exceed the goals of clients and stakeholders.

Under Shelle’s leadership, TransEleven has experienced tremendous growth and

is recognized as one of the most respected third-party claims administrators in the U.S., serving the London Insurance Market.

As a result, TransEleven was selected as a Top 10 Claims Processing and Management Solutions Provider in 2022 by Insurance CIO Outlook and Shelle was named London Market Professional of the Year in 2025 by the WIIA.
