ABOUT SHELLE

Shelle is a founding manager of TransEleven and serves as CEO and Chairman

of the Board.  In this role, she handles business development, client relations and program development, with a focus on the London Insurance Market.

As Chief Executive Officer, Shelle is responsible for the management of all business operations for TCM, such as finance, corporate compliance, resource evaluation, corporate benefits administration and recruiting, human resources, marketing and enterprise technology.  In addition, she oversees all Medicare reporting and compliance with metric and Solvency reporting, required by TransEleven’s London market clients.

Shelle has an extensive business operations background with over 25 years of program management experience in both domestic and international arenas.

She has additional expertise handling executive level program administration during an IPO.

 

Shelle has also worked as an organizational management consultant and is highly skilled at motivating and leading business teams to exceed the goals of clients and stakeholders.

EDUCATION

Shelle received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Oklahoma State University.
