Heather oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.  Heather has over 20 years of experience as an attorney with an expertise in the practice areas of civil rights, employment and insurance.

Prior to joining TransEleven, Heather was a Senior Claims Counsel for Professional Claims Managers, where for over 15 years she handled public entity, employment practices and miscellaneous errors and omissions liability claims for underwriters in London.  Heather has also worked for CIGNA Insurance Group, where she managed short and long-term disability claims.
